Your per student contribution helps "fill the dish" to fund Art, Music & Technology in your schools.

Washington Union Educational Foundation (WUEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose function is to raise the necessary funds to maintain the curriculum-based, integrated, award-winning art and music programs at all three schools within the Washington Union School District. According to WUEF’s charter and bylaws, any money raised above what is needed to fully fund art and music will serve to meet technology requests from the three schools. 

 

Each year the total amount WUEF must raise changes, generally increasing, based on the salaries negotiated by the district. The per-student cost to fund these programs is determined by annual student enrollment. For this year, if $211 was contributed on behalf of each student in the district, the art and music programs would be fully funded. Any additional fundraising would strictly support technology.

 

Example (rounded): $181,000 (for art & music) ÷ 860 (student enrollment) = $211 per student

Note: for installments, you must list the amount of your first payment today. Calculate your remaining installments by dividing your remaining amount by the number of installments you wish to make. (Example: if you wish to pay $250 over the course of 5 months enter $50 for the initial installment donation; then select "yes" to make your donation recurring, choose monthly from the drop-down menu, and enter "4" for the number of additional $50 monthly payments to complete your donation.)
