to keep programs such as art, music,

and technology in my child's school.

 

 

 

Your per student contribution will help fill the needs to fund educational programs such as art, music & technology in the district.

Washington Union Educational Foundation (WUEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose function is to raise the necessary funds to maintain educational programs, the district does not receive funding for, such as the curriculum-based, integrated, award-winning art and music programs of Washington Union School District. 

 

Each year the total amount WUEF must raise, changes based on the needs and salaries negotiated by the district to the run these extra curricular programs. The per-student cost to fund these programs is determined by annual student enrollment. For this year, if $195 was contributed on behalf of each student in the district, the education programs basic needs would be fully funded. 

 

Example (rounded): $140,000 ÷ 725 (estimated student enrollment) = $195 per student
